THINK POSITIVE: SEVEN IDEAS THAT REALLY WORK!

Listed below are seven ideas that really work to help you think more positive. Life is difficult, but there are things you can do to lighten your load. See if some of these don't help.

1. Teach Yourself A Lesson
In counseling this technique is called reframing. You take a bad experience and try to define what it is that you can learn from this experience that will make your life better. It is a way of turning pain to gain.

2. Interrupt Your Negative Thoughts
Research shows that if you continue to think negatively, you will feel more negative. Interrupting those thoughts and replacing them with positive memories can be extremely helpful in creating more positive energy.

3. Set Realistic Goals
Positive thinkers have learned how to meet their objectives. They set standards that are neither too high nor too low. They feel a sense of accomplishments when they complete tasks o­n their daily "to do" list. Realistic goals must be specific and they must be achievable.

4. Be Good To Yourself
You need to define those things that make you feel good and as often as you can incorporate them into your life. We know that positive reinforcement works. You need to reinforce yourself with the things that you value and enjoy.

5. Look For The Silver Lining
While it is true that negative things do happen and that there are times, when we seem to be overwhelmed by them, it is important that positive things do, in fact happen. Take time each day to write down or think about positive things that occurred in your day. It could be as simple as looking at a beautiful cloud, or hearing a song that you really enjoy.

6. Be Glad It's Not Worse
This technique simply put says, while my situation may be bad, it indeed could be worse. An example would be that you break your wrist, but that's better than being paralyzed for the rest of your life from the waist down. While sometimes our situation is as bad as it gets, usually, in most of our situations, we can find things that are worse.

7. Fake It
Charlie Chaplin o­nce said, "Smile though your heart is breaking." While it is important to get in touch with our feelings, being able to tell a joke, put a smile o­n our face, or do something that is absurdly pleasurable can help the discomfort of our lives go away.

Toilet Oh Toilet!!!!!!!!

Aduiii..sakitnya mata tgk toilet lately nih..teruk bebeno......hmm.....nak salahkan sape ye?....people keep complaining...(students....staff pun ada......even outsiders....sok sek jela dorang tuh)..abih nak wat camner?.........

Dulu, masa Abang Kadir ada, toilet mmg tahap tip top...bersih sangat...penah nampak abg Kadir bersihkan toilet tu sampai dia tenyeh dinding, mangkuk tandas tu(camtu la yang kita wat kat umah..hehehehhehe)..mmg bersih la...kecuali kalau air takde tu biasa laaa......But now, hmm......nampak dah kureeeng sikit....

Kalau pantry atau tempat2 lain tu bolehla nak bersihkan ke , lap ke...tapi kalau dah toilet..hmm...pikir dua tiga kali gak kan......hmm.....takkan nak biarkan jek sampai camtu kan........So let us do something about it!

ADUUUII......

Hmmm...at last ada gak ide nak update blog ni..bukan apa..dua tiga ari nih...rasa cam tak laratjek..nak kene selesema la....mungkin sebab jerebu..tapi rasanya macam dah sakit semua badan ni....tadi masa antar aliff ngan ainna pun makcik kata perut ni nampak dah turun sikit...nak bersalin ke aku ni?..macam tu la yang terpikir..tapi kalau ditengokkan nampak cam dah turun sikit laaa...yelah based on experience before.....aduii..patutlaa rasa sakit jek kat area situ...kot2 bersalin..uwaaa.....lom ready lagi....keje kat opis banyak tak siap....syllabus pun ada belum cover lagi...semalam bual ngan yan...dia pun tgh tunggu hari.....takpela...biar dia dulu laaaaa....

Alaaa....yang susah nya skang ni sape nak amik alih keje kita kat sini...semua taknak..nyampah la dorang nih...asalnya HUDA..tapi yelah dia dah takde..abih tu sape.....ANY SUGGESTION PLZZZZZ!!!!!!...weii..korang tolong laaaa.......sian nanti academic tunggang langgang 2 bulan..hehehhehe.....so suggestkan sesape yang sesuai ye...plllzzzzz.....

Akukah Yang Bodoh!!

Kenapa kita rasa yang kita ni macam orang bodoh?

Apa jer yang orang suruh kita buat.. kita buat
Kalau orang perli kita... kita hanya tersenyum
Bila orang maki kita... kita hanya berdiam diri
Bila orang pegi makan.. kita ikut makansekali...
Bila orang pegi minum.. kita ikut minum sekali...
Bila orang pegi beriadah.. kita ikutberiadah sekali...
Bila orang ketawa.. kita ikut ketawa sekali..
Pendek kata.. apa jer orang buat kita ikut buat sekali..
Padahal orang tu tak ajak kita pun..
Kalau ajak pun.. cara tak ikhlas..


Sesekali... ingin juga membuat sesuatu untuk diri sendiri..
Sesekali.. ingin juga berjumpa dengan idaman hati
Sesekali.. ingin juga bertemu dengan ibubapa sendiri
Sesekali... ingin juga menenangkan hati
Sesekali.. ingin juga bersendiri

Tetapi... apakan daya..
Diri sendiri diabaikan
Rajuk orang dilebihkan
Hati orang ditatangkan
Perasaan orang didahulukan
Akhirnya.. diri sendiri yang merana
Diri sendiri yang tak tentu arah
Diri sendiri yang memendam rasa

Siapa yang bersalah?

Akukah yang terlalu melemakkan dia dengan rajuknya?
Akukah yang terlalu mementingkan persahabatan?
Akukah yang terlalu menjaga perasaan orang?
Akukah yang sering mengabaikan permintaan sendiri untuk memenuhi permintaan orang lain?
atau diakah yang terlalu mengongkong aku?
Diakah yang terlalu mementingkan rajuknya daripada menjaga nilai persahabatan itu?
Diakah yang sering mendahulukan perasaan dia dari perasaan aku?
ataupun...
Aku yang terlalu bodoh untuk menilai sebuah persahabatan????
